Asta is seeking an HR Advisor in London to provide generalist HR and payroll support to clients. You will oversee the employee lifecycle, contribute to policy updates, and support HR Administration and Payroll teams.

This 12-month fixed-term contract is based in London, offering hybrid working and a comprehensive benefits package. You will work with the HR Business Partner and Head of Client HR to deliver tailored HR support.

Formación

• Part CIPD qualified or equivalent, with generalist HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR processes.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in payroll and benefits administration.
• Experience in client-facing/consulting is advantageous.
• Proficient in HRIS and reporting tools, MS Office and SharePoint.

Responsabilidades

• Be the main HR contact for clients, manage employee lifecycle, payroll and benefits.
• Coach and supervise HR Admin/HR Assistant; weekly progress reviews.
• Collaborate with Payroll & Benefits Manager for payroll processing.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding and related documentation.
• Update HR policies, templates, and employment terms.
• Support salary and bonus review processes.
• Handle Employee Relations matters per client processes.
• Conduct investigations, redundancy consultations, exit interviews.
• Audit data and provide reports to clients; assist with ad-hoc projects.
