Circut UK is hiring a motivated HR Generalist to join our HR team in East Kilbride on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will provide day-to-day HR guidance, support managers with employee relations, and help drive wellbeing and inclusion initiatives.

You will partner with Learning & Development to identify training needs, prepare HR reports, and contribute to a high-performing workplace culture across our UK operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years HR experience in a similar role.
• CIPD Level 3 or 5 (or working towards) or equivalent HR qualification.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at all levels.
• Ability to solve problems and resolve conflicts.
• Highly organised with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confidence using HR data and reporting tools.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day HR advice and guidance on policies, procedures and best practices.
• Support managers with employee relations matters, including investigations and conflict resolution.
• Assist in performance management processes—from goal setting to reviews and development planning.
• Identify training needs and collaborate with Learning & Development to deliver solutions.
• Help drive diversity, inclusion and wellbeing initiatives across the business.
• Prepare HR reports and dashboards with data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with the wider HR team on key projects aligned to Circut's goals.
