Job summary

Kibble, a specialist provider of services for at risk children and young people across the UK, is seeking an experienced HR professional to join its established HR team in Scotland. The role requires a strong generalist background and the ability to advise managers on policy interpretation and employee relations.

You will support disciplinary, absence management and grievance cases, review job descriptions, assist recruitment, and help drive staff wellbeing and retention through engagement

Qualifications

• SCQF level 8 or above HR qualification.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of UK employment law.
• Autonomous with ability to manage multiple HR tasks.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on disciplinary, absence management and grievances.
• Support line managers to improve attendance and efficiency.
• Review job descriptions and assist recruitment campaigns.
• Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to candidates.
• Maintain HR information systems and reports.
• Support wellbeing and staff retention initiatives.
