Building your future from the ground up you'll spend your first year rotating across either the Employee Lifecycle or HR Services areas. This will give you broad exposure to the people function and a strong understanding of how we attract, develop, and engage our colleagues. In your second year, you'll specialise in one of these areas, deepening your expertise while continuing to build your leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
The process will also include a video interview and face-to-face assessment centre held in our Head Office in Tolworth on 07/12/#####.
