HR Data & Reporting Analyst (Contract — 2 Days Onsite)

Job summary

TRIA is looking for an HR Data & Reporting Officer in Basingstoke for a hands-on, three-month contract. The role focuses on day-to-day management, validation and reporting of employee data, with 2 onsite days per week.

The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Excel, comfortable handling large datasets, and experienced with HRIS systems such as Workday and with Power BI for reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets.
• Experience analysing data and producing reports/MIs.
• Experience using HRIS such as Workday.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Attention to detail and data quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee and organisation data in the HR system.
• Process lifecycle changes: starters, leavers, contracts and moves.
• Run HR and workforce reports and analyse data in Excel.
• Provide headcount and departmental reporting and analysis.
• Identify duplicates and data discrepancies and investigate.
• Reconcile data across HR, Payroll and Finance systems.
• Support data quality checks and confidential data handling.
• Assist testing and data checks for system updates.
• Identify improvements to reporting processes to reduce manual work.
