Seetec Business Technology Centre in the United Kingdom is seeking an HR Data Cleanse Coordinator to support HR administration, records management, and data cleansing during a system consolidation and OpenText migration.
This temporary FTC role is hybrid (2 days in the office in Hockley) and offers a salary up to £28,000 pro rata, plus a benefits package including leave, pension, healthcare, and discounts.
We currently have a temporary opportunity for an HR Data Cleanse Coordinator who is experienced in HR administration, records management, and data cleansing, with a meticulous approach to maintaining accurate and compliant employee records.
In this role, you will provide essential support to the HR team during a period of HR system and SharePoint restructuring. You will play a key role in ensuring HR records, employee files, and digital structures are accurate, organised, compliant, and aligned with a new OpenText architecture.
Working closely with both HR and Infrastructure teams, you will support a large-scale data cleansing project, helping to remove duplicate data, delete legacy files, assist with employee file migrations, and reorganise HR digital filing structures to improve efficiency and governance.
In return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, we’re offering a competitive salary of up to £28,000 pro rata (dependent on experience) with these great benefits:

Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract: Temporary FTC – 3 to 6 months
