We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented HR Data Analyst to play a pivotal role in developing the HR Data Strategy and integrating data analytics into the wider HR strategy across the Europe & Latin America region. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with local, regional, and global stakeholders to understand HR data requirements and deliver complex management information to support sound business outcomes.
The primary focus of the HR Data Analyst will be to support local, global, and group reporting requirements to ensure the accurate and timely submission of insightful HR metrics. The analyst will work with local and regional teams to develop reporting capabilities within HR systems, create complex dashboards and reports, produce management information on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, and respond to ad hoc data requests.
To ensure accurate reporting, the HR Data Analyst will oversee regional HR data collection processes and ensure proper recording into local and global HR systems, continuously developing and embedding well-defined processes related to core HR activities such as headcount, attrition, DEI, absence, and recruitment.
The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a thorough understanding of HR systems and processes, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role provides an opportunity to impact the organization significantly by integrating data insights with operational oversight to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and strategic alignment.
