Overview

We are looking for a HR Data Analyst to join a Pharmaceutical & healthcare company based in Warwick (CV34).

Hybrid role - 2 days in the office, work from home 3 days per week. Salary £42,000 per annum. Working hours 09:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday. 35 days annual leave (including bank holidays). 11 Month Fixed term contract.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the data expert for the HR team, maintaining and optimising HR systems, auditing and reconciling data, and producing accurate reports for stakeholders.
  • Support system upgrades and integrations, working with IT, HR, and Payroll to ensure seamless performance.
  • Play a key role in the HR & Payroll platform project by auditing and cleansing data prior to migration, testing data flows, building Power BI/Business Objects reports, and ensuring the integrity of HR data post-implementation.
  • Ideal candidate will be experienced with Itrent or Dayforce systems. Detail-oriented, highly analytical, and confident communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Experience as HR Data Analyst with experience in either Itrent or Dayforce systems.
  • Detail-oriented, highly analytical, and confident communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements/Approach

Manage and optimise HR data, ensuring accuracy and GDPR compliance. Conduct system audits and support housekeeping tasks. Support upgrades, integrations, and implementations. Produce reports using Excel, Power BI, and Business Objects. Troubleshoot system issues and act as point of contact for user queries. Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT to provide data insights. Contribute to HR projects, driving system improvements and efficiencies.
