Liverpool John Moores University (LJMU) is seeking two HR Coordinators to join the HR Resourcing and Operations team in Liverpool. One full-time fixed-term maternity cover and one part-time 0.5fte permanent role are available. These fast-paced, systems-driven positions handle employee records and a broad range of HR administrative tasks.

Ideal candidates will have HR experience, excellent customer service, strong digital skills, and proficiency with Office tools. Oracle HR experience is a plus.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of HR practice and experience in an HR environment.
• Excellent customer service skills and strong digital competency.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Teams.
• Experience of HR systems; Oracle experience advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a high-volume workload.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate employee records and support HR administrative processes.
• Provide first point of contact for HR queries across the employee lifecycle.
• Contribute to onboarding, visas and immigration compliance, and internal promotion processes.
