Job summary

Oxford Economics is seeking an HR Coordinator to support the full employee lifecycle across UK, Europe and Asia Pacific. You will handle onboarding, inductions, contracts and changes while maintaining HR data accuracy and supporting payroll and benefits.

The role requires detail orientation, strong organisation and the ability to work with HR systems across multiple regions. It offers development opportunities within a fast-moving, international HR team.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Administration or HR Coordinator role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with employee data.
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to work with HR data and reports.
• Confidence communicating with employees and managers at different levels.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding for new joiners and prepare employment contracts and letters.
• Support HR inductions, onboarding sessions and probation reminders.
• Assist with payroll, benefits administration and HR reporting.
• Maintain HR data quality across systems and generate regular reports.
• Support recruitment activities and candidate communications.
• Contribute to HR systems enhancements and process improvements.
