Be the cornerstone of HR comprehensive services

As a HR Coordinator, you will be a key member of our HR team, providing a full HR administration and co-ordination service to the HR team and to internal and external customers. You will be acting as a first point of contact for all HR enquiries.

As a HR Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:


  • Administering HR processes and documentation throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Maintaining and updating HR systems with employment-related information
  • Preparing letters and contractual changes, including flexible working and reference requests
  • Handling initial HR inquiries and managing the HR mailbox and ensuring timely responses
  • Collaborating with external parties on benefit administration and managing supplier relationships
  • Providing general administrative support, including organizing events and maintaining the expense system

  • Previous experience in HR administration, general administration or customer service role is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with diverse groups
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and maintain confidentiality
  • Motivated, keen to learn, and a good team player who can work independently
