Job summary

Responsibilities

• Undertaking full employee lifecycle from recruitment, onboarding through to offboarding & leavers.

• Undertaking disciplinaries and grievances.
• Updating HR policies and procedures to roll out new implementations.
• Developing programmes to enhance employee engagement and well-being and delivering in-house training/L&D.
• Helping to implement an apprenticeship programme.
• Payroll support.
• Supporting senior leadership with strategic goals within the organisation.
• Advising colleagues on employment terms and conditions and sharing best practice processes.
• Maintaining legal compliance.

A prominent leader in their field, our client is looking for an experienced HR Co-ordinator looking to take the next step in their career. They require a dynamic and results driven HR Co-ordinator who is looking to work their way to Advisory level, whilst also happy to support with all other HR administrative related matters; working in a small, close knit & extremely efficient team. In return you shall be mentored by a leading HR professional and have the opportunity to study your CIPD.
