Job summary

Forrest Recruitment Ltd. seeks an experienced HR Co-ordinator in Trafford Park to manage the full employee lifecycle, maintain records and support payroll. The role offers exposure to disciplinary processes and policy updates, with opportunities to contribute to engagement programmes and training.

You will work in a small, efficient team and be mentored by an HR professional while pursuing CIPD funding with career progression toward Advisory level.

Qualifications

• Experience in an HR function is essential and must be evidenced.
• Willingness to study CIPD and access funding for development.
• Strong organisation and communication skills with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking full employee lifecycle from recruitment, onboarding through to offboarding & leavers
• Maintaining employee records
• Monitoring performances, absences and liaising with department managers regarding reviews
• Undertaking disciplinaries and grievances
• Updating HR policies and procedures to roll out new implementations
• Developing programmes to enhance employee engagement and well-being and delivering in-house training/L&D
• Payroll support
• Supporting senior leadership with strategic goals within the organisation
• Advising colleagues on employment terms and conditions and sharing best practice processes
• Maintaining legal compliance

A prominent leader in their field, our client is looking for an experienced HR Co-ordinator looking to take the next step in their career. They require a dynamic and results driven HR Co-ordinator who is looking to work their way to Advisory level, whilst also happy to support with all other HR administrative related matters; working in a small, close knit & extremely efficient team. In return you shall be mentored by a leading HR professional and have the opportunity to study your CIPD.

Job Duties:

• Maintaining employee records
