onlyFE is seeking an HR Coordinator for an on-site, permanent role. Salary £27,051 to £28,599 per year with 37 hours per week. The successful candidate will support recruitment and onboarding, helping deliver a premier employee experience and contributing to the People Strategy.

Applicants should have a Level 2 qualification or equivalent and demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines with accuracy while communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Our team is growing! An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and proactive HR Coordinator to join our friendly and supportive HR team at Leeds College of Building. You'll play a key role in supporting the College's people function, with a particular focus on the recruitment and onboarding of staff. Working collaboratively within the team, you'll help deliver an exceptional employee experience and contribute to the successful delivery of our People Strategy.

This is an exciting time to join the College, recently recognised as a Construction Technical Excellence College for Yorkshire and the Humber region, with ambitious plans for further expansion and development. You must have the ability to work to deadlines, a high level of accuracy & attention to detail and be able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, you should possess at least a Level 2 qualification or equivalent.
