voco St David's Cardiff has a fantastic opportunity for a HR Coordinator to join our Cardiff Bay 5-star hotel on a permanent basis on a 24-hour per week contract!

You will earn £14.60 per hour.

We are looking for an individual to assist in the smooth running of the HR Department by supporting with administration, operational procedures, HR events, and ad-hoc projects.

We want creative, adaptable, and passionate people to work in this department.

To succeed as an HR Coordinator, you will need:

• Previous experience in a generalist HR role, ideally in an operational environment from retail, hospitality, or service sectors.
• Working towards a CIPD Level 3 qualification; being qualified already is a plus.
• A sound understanding of UK employment law and best practices.
• Good organisational and planning skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines.
• A passion for people engagement and coordinating activity calendars.
• Ability to work well under own initiative.
• Self-confidence to assist with inductions and training initiatives.
