Job summary

Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking a proactive HR Consultant – Strategic Programmes to support delivery of key HR projects that drive organisational improvement and transformation.

The role is part-time (18.5 hours per week) with hybrid working arrangements. You will provide expert advice on HR policies and employment law, manage programme activity and collaborate with stakeholders, managers and unions to ensure compliance and best practice.

In the role you will provide expert advice on HR policies and employment law, manage programme activity, and collaborate with stakeholders, managers, and trade unions to ensure compliance and best practice.

Your analytical skills will be key in interpreting data and producing actionable insights, while your creativity will help shape learning and development initiatives aligned to strategic goals.
