Job summary

Forward Role is partnering with a growing UK-wide business to recruit an HR Compliance Manager. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will own employment law compliance, people governance, workforce risk and HR reporting across the UK.

Lead governance, policy development and data-driven insights while advancing AI and automation to enhance processes. You will work with HR, operations and leadership to minimise risk, ensure audit readiness and drive best practices across a multi-site

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of UK employment law and policy development.
• Experience leading multi-site HR compliance programs.
• Strong HR reporting, analytics and data skills.
• Experience using HR systems and technology.
• Proactive, solutions-focused stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the compliance agenda across the people function and strengthen governance.
• Develop and embed robust HR policies and frameworks.
• Support complex employee relations and regulatory matters.
• Produce board-level people reporting, dashboards and workforce insights.
• Drive compliance reporting through AI, automation and technology.
• Oversee right to work, employment documentation and workforce audits.
• Manage sponsorship licence and immigration-related processes.
• Support pay review, pension and workforce governance activity.
• Promote best practice across a large, multi-site workforce.
