LHH is seeking a Lead Privacy, AI & Digital Legal Counsel for a fully remote UK-based role. You will lead privacy, AI governance and digital law matters across a complex, fast-moving international business.

You will advise senior leadership on data protection obligations, international data transfers and emerging digital regulations, while delivering practical guidance that enables innovation and regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Significant experience in data privacy, information governance or technology law.
• Strong working knowledge of UK GDPR and Data Protection Act.
• Experience advising on AI governance and emerging AI regulations.
• Commercial mindset balancing risk and business objectives.

Responsabilidades

• Act as SME for data privacy, AI governance and digital law matters.
• Provide commercially focused legal advice to business leaders on products, systems and technology initiatives.
• Lead privacy and AI risk assessments ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Support development of AI governance and responsible AI frameworks.
• Advise on data protection obligations and international data transfers.
• Review and negotiate privacy and technology-related contracts.
• Manage privacy incidents, regulatory inquiries and investigations.
• Deliver pragmatic guidance enabling innovation while managing risk.
• Develop and deliver training on privacy, AI and digital law obligations.
• Monitor regulatory developments relating to AI and digital tech.
