As part of our growth, we’re applying for a UK Sponsor Licence and are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented HR Compliance Administrator to support this process and manage the responsibilities related to maintaining our sponsor status with the UK Home Office.
About the Role
The HR Compliance Administrator will serve as our Level 1 User (L1U) in the UK Home Office Sponsor Management System (SMS).
This role is essential to ensuring compliance with the legal duties of being a sponsor, including record keeping, reporting, and the assignment of Certificates of Sponsorship (CoS).
While prior experience with sponsor licence administration is preferred, full training and support will be provided. The most important qualities are your attention to detail, reliability, and UK immigration eligibility.
