What will you be doing?

If you have a background in Human Resources and seek a fresh challenge to build on your skills and experience, join us in coaching the HR professionals and future leaders.

You can enhance your career by gaining a coaching qualification while continuing to do what you do best: helping businesses operate better by developing their talent.

Daily, you’ll work with learners remotely and on-site to deliver the apprenticeship standards, including Human Resources Support Level 3 and Human Resources Consultant Level 5, supporting their achievement of career-building qualifications and transferable skills in maths and English. You will also manage your own administrative tasks.

What will you bring to the role?
  • Extensive, relevant vocational HR experience
  • Recognized HR qualifications (CIPD or equivalent) at Level 5 or above
  • Recognized coaching or mentoring qualifications (CMI, ILM or equivalent) at Level 3 or above
  • GCSEs in English and Maths (C or above or key skills equivalent)
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Experience working in high-demand environments with targets and deadlines
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and listening skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
