Job summary

Menck is seeking a hands-on HR Business Partner to shape new HR structures and support day-to-day HR operations in a hybrid role based in Camborne. The role covers employee lifecycle management, payroll, onboarding, and HR projects in collaboration with the Head of HR and the HR team.

You will advise managers on employment law, manage contracts and records, and help drive employee experience initiatives while ensuring compliance and risk management. Strong English skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Completed a relevant degree or equivalent qualification.
• Several years of HR experience, ideally as an HR Business Partner.
• Knowledge of modern HR practices and labor law.
• Strong analytical thinking and implementation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; SharePoint is preferred.
• Excellent English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and support employees through the lifecycle.
• Advise managers on employment law and HR management.
• Handle HR operations: contracts, onboarding, payroll.
• Lead HR projects on Reward, Learning & Development, wellbeing.
• Improve systems and processes for efficiency.
• Support recruiting and employer branding.
• Produce internal/external HR reports.
