Acteon Group Ltd. is seeking a hands-on HRBP/HR Advisor in Camborne to shape new HR structures while supporting day-to-day HR operations. This full-time, permanent role adopts a hybrid model with at least one on-site day per week.

You will independently manage the employee lifecycle, advise managers on employment law, and lead HR processes including contracts, onboarding and payroll, while driving strategic HR initiatives with the Head of HR and the HR team.

Qualifications

  • Relevant degree or comparable qualification.
  • Several years of general HR experience, ideally as HRBP.
  • Solid understanding of labour and social security law.
  • Strong analytical and implementation skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage and support employees through the lifecycle.

  • Lead audit and visa requirement processes.

  • Improve systems and processes for efficiency and automation.

Join us as a hands-on, generalist HRBP/HR Advisor and help shape new HR structures while supporting day-to-day HR operations. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Cambone with a hybrid working model, including at least one on-site day per week.

Duties & Main Responsibilities
  • Independently manage and support employees throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Advise and support managers in the execution of their leadership responsibilities, particularly in relation to employment law, HR management, and employee-related matters, including grievances, disciplinary and dismissal procedures
  • HR Operational activities, including the preparation of employment contracts, ad-ministration of certificates and confirmations, maintenance of personnel records and related tasks, as well as managing the onboarding process and the monthly payroll process.
  • Lead audit & visa requirement processes
  • Contribute to and manage HR-related projects and developing, planning and exe-cuting employee experience initiatives (Reward, Learning & Development, engage-ment, health & wellbeing, etc.)
  • Optimizing existing systems and processes for increased efficiency or automation
  • Drive new strategic HR initiatives in close collaboration with the Head of HR and/other HR-team.
  • Internal/External reporting & statistics
  • Ensure compliance with employment law and internal policies, proactively manag-ing risk and safeguarding the organisation’s reputation
  • Support the Recruiting team with recruitment and Employer Branding activities.
Requirements
  • Successfully completed relevant degree or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in general HR work and ideally experience as a HR Business Partner
  • Knowledge of modern HR practices and solid understanding of labor and social security law
  • Strong analytical thinking, strong implementation skills, and a structured, results-oriented way of working
  • Confident use of MS Office (preferably including SharePoint)
  • High level of empathy, very good stakeholder and communication skills, and a con-fident demeanor
  • Very good English skills, both spoken and written required
