Our client are a European software business and growing quickly. They are seeking a talented HR business partner preferable from software/SaaS space who will help them as they grow.

The role will necessitate partnering with internal stake holders as well as workforce planning, team expansion, culture and team design, compensation management and other activities in Northern Europe.

The Client have around 450 employees and provide data management solutions into markets including financial services, utilities, retail and manufacturing.

This role will focus on activities in the UK, Ireland, Benelux and Nordics.
