An established industry player is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide comprehensive HR support across services in the Central and North West region. This hybrid role involves regular travel and collaboration with management to implement HR initiatives aligned with business strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of UK employment law and have at least two years of experience in a similar HR role. Radis Community Care has an opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to support our Services in Central and North West region. This is a hybrid role requiring regular travel to the services you support and some home working. You will have use of a desk and office facilities at one of our local services. Our current services in the region are from Oxfordshire up the M5/M6 corridor through to Lancashire.
About the role
The HR Business Partner plays a critical role in working closely with management and employees to provide comprehensive support to deliver a value-added HR service.
Skills and Qualifications required for the role
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, conscientious, proactive, with the ability to work with integrity. The successful applicant will have at least 2 years previous experience of working in a busy HR Department in a similar role and a minimum of CIPD level 5 or equivalent. An understanding of HR processes and an up-to-date, working knowledge of current UK employment law is also required. Experience of providing HR advice within the care sector is desired and experience in operating in a regional role is desired but not essential.
You must have a car available for business use and be prepared to stay away overnight on occasion.
