We are looking to strengthen our People & HR team with a HR Business Partner based at Derby covering 2-3 frameworks including Seven Trent and Anglian Water. Hybrid working is available.
You will report directly to the HR Manager and will be working within complex joint venture environments. We are looking for an individual who encourages others to act boldly, think differently, and identify opportunities to make an impact. This role suits someone who prefers being out and about rather than being head office based. You will be responsible for supporting the development and deployment of the people plan, focusing on talent development, learning and development, resource planning, engagement, communications, and organizational effectiveness in conjunction with the wider HR team based centrally.
