Description
- Develops and maintains effective relationships with people leaders and team members in the assigned client group as well as across Europe.
- Leads initiatives to enhance employee engagement, acts as a steward of our organizational culture, and contributes to projects that support and define the RIC business.
- Collaborates with corporate Talent Success (recruiting) on both external and internal recruitment for diverse roles.
- Drives talent development efforts targeted at specific employee populations.
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations impacting human resource functions. Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and reporting methods.
- Participates in preparing employment contracts for all European-based team members, in collaboration with the PSP partner for the respective client group.
- Ensures the organization has the appropriate personnel, policies, and culture in place to manage risks and comply with regulatory requirements domestically and internationally.
- Manages employee changes such as promotions, transfers, salary increases, and terminations.
- Advises and coaches people leaders on resolving team member issues appropriately.
- Maintains documents and training records as required by company policy.
- Leads and facilitates interactive sessions with team members at all levels on topics including policies, programs, and leadership development.
- Provides training and presentations to people leaders on subjects such as performance reviews and total rewards.
- Partners with and may lead global Talent Success initiatives.

Position Overview
The HRBP Manager will contribute to talent initiatives aligned with business goals, focusing on talent management, employee engagement, DE&I, performance, employee relations, and learning. The role requires expertise in UK employment law, balancing global partnership with fostering a high-touch employee culture in Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain effective relationships within the client group and across Europe.
- Lead initiatives to enhance engagement and organizational culture.
- Collaborate on recruitment and talent development.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare employment contracts with the PSP partner.
- Manage personnel changes and advise leaders on team issues.
- Lead training sessions and provide guidance on policies and development programs.
Organizational Relationships
This role partners with the employee lifecycle team, advising on UK and Europe-specific initiatives. No direct reports are included.
Qualifications
- Experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably with UK, US, and Netherlands exposure.
- Strong partnership, employee relations, and compliance skills.
- In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience managing HR services across the employee lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; Workday is a plus.
- Hybrid work schedule: Monday remote, Tuesday-Thursday in-office, Friday remote.
- Willingness to travel up to 10%, including international travel.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- CIPD accreditation is a plus.
