Job summary

Elevation Recruitment Group are supporting a client in recruiting an experienced HR Business Partner to lead the people aspects of a business acquisition and integration project. This hands-on role involves working with senior stakeholders to manage communications, organisational change, integration planning, employee relations, and onboarding into the wider group. Experience as HR Manager or Senior HRBP in engineering, manufacturing or industrial sectors is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Proven HR Manager or Senior HRBP experience.
• Confident operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Engineering, manufacturing or industrial sector experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead people aspects of an acquisition for c100 employees.
• Provide HR leadership throughout the transition.
• Support employee communications during the integration.
• Manage organisational change and integration planning.
• Ensure smooth onboarding into the wider group and support employee relations.
