Job summary

Mydentist in Greater Manchester (M26 1GG) is seeking a HR Business Partner (Mergers and Acquisitions) to join our Support Centre. You’ll lead HR activity across M&A projects, partnering with ER and Legal as needed, and drive TUPE processes while shaping people plans across the business.

The role is permanent, full-time, hybrid, with a supportive team and benefits including onsite parking, staff discount programs, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• HR experience with mergers & acquisitions and organisational change.
• Knowledge of TUPE processes and employment legislation; able to coordinate and signpost to ER/Legal.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of all people activities across all M&A projects.
• Develop and maintain clear project plans, sequencing activity, dependencies, and ensure stakeholders across HR and wider business deliver on time.
• Represent the People function in cross-functional M&A meetings, ensuring alignment with Operations and other support functions.
• End-to-end TUPE/consultation process working in partnership with ER Team and building relationships within practice and wider area teams.
• Embedding values, culture, expectations, and communication channels.
• Bring together HR Operations, Talent, Reward, L&D, ER, and HR Systems for joined-up delivery.
