Reporting to the CHRO, you will lead workforce planning, transformation initiatives across multiple countries, and coach leaders on complex people matters while ensuring compliance with European employment laws.

You will demonstrate:
Salary £80,000-£90,000
15% annual bonus
£900 per month car allowance
8% employer pension contribution
Private single healthcare
Hybrid working environment with flexibility and autonomy c. 1-2 days per week on site
Travel to European sites on a bi-monthly or quarterly basis
