Job summary

Office Collective is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support Europe leadership and partner with teams across multiple client groups. Based in West London / Reading with travel to Europe, you will drive people strategy and HR programmes in a fast-paced, diverse environment.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, partnership with Centres of Excellence, and a customer-centric mindset to deliver HR solutions that engage and develop talent across Europe.

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Partner in Europe-facing leadership roles.
• Proven ability to design and implement people strategies.
• Experience with technology clients is preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced, matrixed environments.

Responsibilities

• Acting as Strategic HR Business Partner to the Europe Leadership team.
• Enabling and driving a people strategy, processes and programmes.
• Designing and delivering HR solutions with Centres of Excellence including Leadership, L&D, Performance Management, Change Management, Talent Management and Reward.
• Developing and executing best practices promoting employee engagement.
• Liaising with stakeholders at all levels across the business.
