Job summary

Taboola is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support select EMEA Enterprise Sales groups from our London office. The role focuses on operational workflow mapping, scalable processes, and organisational efficiencies, with a path to strategic advisory and hands-on partnering.

You’ll work on clean workflows, AI integration, and automation to liberate HR from routine tasks, enabling leaders to focus on high-impact initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as an HR Business Partner or HR Operations lead.
• Experience partnering with Sales departments is a plus.
• EMEA experience is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of process mapping and workflow design.
• Experience using metrics to drive change and insights.

Responsibilities

• Map, document, and streamline core HR processes and workflows for your business units to eliminate friction and drive global efficiency.
• Drive operational excellence through the adoption of generative AI, automation, and modern HR productivity tools.
• Establish and standardise consistent HR practices and structures to scale the organization.
• Use people data and metrics to identify bottlenecks and provide actionable recommendations to leaders.
• Serve as a strategic HR partner to leaders across selected EMEA Enterprise Sales groups.
