The HR Business Partner provides strategic and operational People & Culture support to business leaders, partnering closely with leaders to align people strategies with business objectives. The role acts as a trusted advisor on organisation design, talent management, employee relations, workforce planning, leadership effectiveness, performance management and change initiatives.
The HR Business Partner translates business priorities into people plans, ensuring Dechra has the capability, culture and organisational effectiveness required to deliver its strategic objectives. The role drives the consistent application of People & Culture policies, practices and programmes while balancing commercial needs with employee experience and compliance.

Proven HR Business Partner experience within a complex, matrixed organisation.
Proven experience supporting leaders and leadership teams.
Experience leading organisational change and transformation initiatives.
Strong knowledge of HR business partnering practices across global organisations.
Broad understanding of talent management, organisational design, workforce planning and employee relations.
Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
Understanding of HR systems, workforce analytics and people data.
Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
Ability to influence and challenge leaders constructively.
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Strong coaching, facilitation and consulting capabilities.
Ability to analyse people data and translate insights into actions.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex international environment.
