Dechra Pharmaceuticals PLC in Skipton is seeking a Packing Operative for the late shift (1345-2215, Mon-Fri with every second Friday off). You will pack products to high quality standards, ensure equipment cleanliness, and follow GMP/SOP guidelines to support a safe, efficient operation.
Full training is provided; you will work closely with the Line Lead and Packing Specialists to resolve issues and maintain smooth production.

In this hands‑on role, you'll play an important part in making sure our products are packed safely, accurately and to the highest quality standards. You'll follow our GMP and SOP requirements, keep equipment clean and well‑maintained, and help us create a safe, organised and efficient working environment.
You’ll take part in ongoing training and, as your confidence grows, you'll also support others by sharing your knowledge and helping new team members learn the ropes. You'll work closely with your Line Lead and Packing Specialists, raising any issues quickly and helping to resolve problems so production runs smoothly.
Keeping our workplace clean, safe and compliant will be a big part of your day, and you'll play an active role in spotting hazards, improving processes and supporting our Operational Excellence initiatives.
