A leading organization in the UK is seeking an HR Business Partner to align HR strategies with business objectives. The role involves advising on employee management, workplace culture, and supporting HR tasks. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in HR and be CIPD qualified. Right now, we are looking for a HR Business Partner to play a pivotal role in our Human Resources department in London.
As a HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will be responsible for connecting the company's human resources (HR) strategies with the overall business goals. This role involves advising managers and leaders on how to manage employees effectively, improve workplace culture, and support the company's growth. HRBPs support various HR tasks, including hiring, employee development, performance reviews, and handling workplace issues. They ensure that the company's HR policies and practices are legal, fair, and aligned with both employee and business needs.
You should demonstrate the core skills required for this role and align with our values and mission. You don’t need to meet all the qualifications immediately; a willingness to learn is key. We also value lived experience related to the areas we support, so please mention this if applicable in your application.
We seek candidates with experience as an HR Business Partner in fast-paced, change-oriented environments, including experience leading business change and TUPE. You should have at least 5-7 years of HR Business Partnering or HR Manager experience and be fully CIPD qualified, ideally at Level 7. Proven ability to build successful relationships with stakeholders, enabling debate, discussion, and challenge as appropriate, is essential. Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a strong knowledge of employment law are required. Significant experience and knowledge of TUPE, restructuring, change management, consultation processes, and redundancy are also desirable.
