We are looking for an experienced and commercially focused HR Business Partner to join our growing HR team and support our Southern Region.
This is a hybrid role, with approximately 40% of your working time based from home and 60% spent supporting our operational sites across the Southern Region. Your main base will be our Hitchin site, and regular travel to other company locations will be essential.
You will act as a trusted advisor to operational and site managers, providing expert HR guidance across the full employee lifecycle. Working closely with leaders, you will help drive high-performing teams, support business growth and promote best practice in people management.
This is a varied and rewarding opportunity for someone with strong employee relations experience, excellent knowledge of UK employment law and the confidence to influence and coach managers across multiple sites. You will play a key role in organisational development, employee engagement and continuous business improvement within a fast-paced operational environment.
