Pay ranges from £60,000 to £65,000 yearly, alongside a car allowance. The successful applicant supports roughly 1,000 colleagues spread across varied contracts, partnering with Regional Directors, senior operational leaders and contract managers. Duties span employee relations, TUPE, organisational change, workforce planning, talent development and building manager capability.
