Job summary

Mecsia Group is seeking a HR Business Partner to work with the Chief People Officer and the Executive team to strengthen our culture and support rapid growth across multiple sites. This is a generalist BP role in a fast-paced environment, focused on building strong relationships with Managing Directors and Senior Leadership Teams.

Key responsibilities include succession planning, employee engagement, reward and recognition, post‑acquisition integration, TUPE and mobilisations, HR system

Qualifications

• Experience in FM, retail, engineering, property management, outsourcing, B2B or automotive industries.
• Experience in a national remote based role.
• CIPD Level 7 (desirable) or demonstrative MCIPD experience.

Location - Slough (travel to other southern sites will also be required)

Mecsia is a leading UK provider of technical inspection, maintenance, and engineering services, aiming to transform the industry with a 'Local Service, National Reach' approach. About the Role

As a HR Business Partner at Mecsia Group, you will work with the Chief People Officer and wider Executive team to strengthen our culture and support our growth.

This is a great role for a generalist HR Business partner, who is comfortable working in a fast paced environment.

The role involves building strong relationships with the various Managing Directors and Senior Leadership Teams throughout our multiple businesses.
