Cardo Group is seeking an HR leader to drive people initiatives across the organisation from a base in the UK. The role focuses on acting as the voice of our people and ensuring fair application of policies while guiding changes, restructures, acquisitions and system upgrades.
You will manage an HR team (Advisor and Administrator), analyse HR metrics, and drive engagement, retention and performance improvements in a dynamic environment. A CIPD Level 5 or equivalent is required.

positive place to work in line with our values.Be a local ambassador for the function and a role model to the team and others.
