DHL Supply Chain is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support a busy, multi-site operation across the South East and Northampton. The role travels weekly to key sites, mixing 3 days onsite with 2 days offsite to optimise business performance.

You’ll partner with senior leaders, provide strategic and hands-on HR support, and drive engagement and practical people solutions across 17 sites. CIPD qualification or studying is desirable.

• Strong HR Business Partner experience within a customer centric, operational environment.
• Experience managing complex people matters and driving engagement through practical solutions.
• Credible influencer, able to challenge and support senior leaders.

Responsabilités

• Support employee satisfaction, performance, retention and effective communication at sites.
• Support the ER agenda and lead relationships and key processes.
• Deploy the Business HR Priorities, e.g. labour flexibility, OMS, LPMC, payroll optimisation, T&C's standardisation.
• Provide HR support to startups and business wins, losses and transfers.
• Ensure robust performance management (sickness, discipline, grievance).
• Support managers in workforce planning and organisation design.

Role covers multi sites and multiple customer contracts across the South East and Northampton - Travel will be needed. Likely pattern 3 days onsite and 2 days offsite ( subject to need)

Are you an experienced HR Business Partner who enjoys working in a fast-paced operational environment? We're looking for a confident HR professional to join our team.

Partnering with senior leaders, you'll provide both strategic and hands-on HR support across a workforce of colleagues covering 17 sites across the South East, you will need to travel to key sites weekly where you'll build strong relationships, drive engagement, and deliver practical people solutions that support business performance.

You'll bring strong employee relations experience, the ability to manage complex people matters, and a passion for coaching and developing managers.

What your day could involve

• Support with employee satisfaction, performance, retention and effective communication at sites.
• Support the ER agenda and lead / support relationships and key processes
• Deploy the Business HR Priorities, as directed e.g. labour flexibility, OMS, LPMC, payroll optimisation, T&C's standardisation.
• Provide HR support to start ups and business wins, losses and transfers.
• Ensure employee performance management (sickness, discipline, grievance) is robustly supported.
• Support managers to develop and deliver solutions for workforce planning and management including organisation design, forecasting resourcing needs, agency and identifying future talent requirements.
• Act as an advisor to managers to support compliance with HR policies.

• Strong HR Business Partner experience within a customer centric, operational environment
• Solid ER expertise across performance management, disciplinaries, grievances and attendance
• High energy with a genuine passion for culture, engagement and visible HR presence
• Credible influencer, able to challenge and support senior leaders
• Experience building management capability through coaching and pragmatic advice
• Resilient and adaptable, comfortable working at pace
• CIPD studying, qualified or equivalent level of professional HR knowledge
• Clear, confident communication skills with the ability to build trust at all levels
