The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead is seeking an HR Business Partner for a full-time, permanent role with hybrid working options. You will support a multi-disciplinary team by providing HR advice on employee relations, change management, and resourcing. This is a full-time, permanent role with hybrid working, offering a salary of £37,526 - £41,613 per annum (dependent on experience).

Reporting to the Service Lead - HR Business Partnering, this role involves supporting a multi-disciplinary team by providing advice on HR matters, including employee relations, change management, and resourcing.
