About Our Client

Working as part of a Global Business, you will be aligned to a newly acquired business area, responsible for all aspects of HR for approximately 120 employees.

Job Description
  • Act as a Business Partner delivering a proactive, commercial, and value-added service across all UK sites.
  • Provide expert HR advice and support to managers and employees.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's vision.
  • Manage complex employee relations casework.
  • Implement people change projects in collaboration with relevant sites.
  • Create a headcount budget and resourcing strategy for each site to ensure cost-effective recruitment decisions.
  • Create and implement a Wellbeing strategy for the organisation.
  • Ensure policies and procedures are visible, current, and engaging.
  • Administer contracts and other correspondence for employees.
  • Support engagement activities on sites, including conducting employee opinion surveys annually.
  • Manage employee relations and absence management activities.
  • Oversee new starter onboarding and leaver offboarding processes.
The Successful Applicant
  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field (desirable).
  • Based in Leeds with UK travel when required.
  • Proficiency in HR management systems.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels.
  • Demonstrable experience in driving HR initiatives.
What's on Offer
  • A competitive salary between £40,000 - £45,000 per annum.
