About Our Client
Working as part of a Global Business, you will be aligned to a newly acquired business area, responsible for all aspects of HR for approximately 120 employees.
Job Description
- Act as a Business Partner delivering a proactive, commercial, and value-added service across all UK sites.
- Provide expert HR advice and support to managers and employees.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's vision.
- Manage complex employee relations casework.
- Implement people change projects in collaboration with relevant sites.
- Create a headcount budget and resourcing strategy for each site to ensure cost-effective recruitment decisions.
- Create and implement a Wellbeing strategy for the organisation.
- Ensure policies and procedures are visible, current, and engaging.
- Administer contracts and other correspondence for employees.
- Support engagement activities on sites, including conducting employee opinion surveys annually.
- Manage employee relations and absence management activities.
- Oversee new starter onboarding and leaver offboarding processes.
The Successful Applicant
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field (desirable).
- Based in Leeds with UK travel when required.
- Proficiency in HR management systems.
- Strong knowledge of employment law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels.
- Demonstrable experience in driving HR initiatives.

- A competitive salary between £40,000 - £45,000 per annum.
