Frazer Jones is helping a leading professional services organisation in Leeds appoint a commercially minded HR Business Partner. This newly created role supports senior leaders and accelerates the shift to a strategic, value‑adding HRBP model, with hybrid working and weekly travel to Birmingham.

You will partner with Directors and the C‑suite, using data and insight to influence decisions and deliver meaningful people outcomes, while driving change, leadership coaching and workforce planning in

£60,000-£65,000 | Hybrid | Leeds with weekly travel to Birmingham

A leading professional services organisation is redefining HR Business Partnering and is looking for a commercially minded HRBP to join them on that journey.

This is a newly created role within a growing people team, supporting senior leaders across business services and helping drive the transition from a traditional HR model to a strategic, value-adding business partnering function. You’ll work closely with stakeholders at Director and Chief level, using data, insight and commercial thinking to influence business decisions and deliver meaningful people outcomes.
