The role focuses on delivering a high-quality HR service across the organisation, advising managers, handling employee relations, recruitment support, and workforce planning in a collaborative environment.

Qualificações

• CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent professional experience.
• Significant experience managing employee relations cases within a complex organisation.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practice, and people management processes.
• Experience supporting organisational change, restructures, projects, or TUPE-related activities.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing and developing staff teams, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary HR contact for designated business areas, providing professional advice and support to managers.
• Manage a wide range of employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, attendance, performance, probation, and organisational change cases.
• Support recruitment activities, workforce planning initiatives, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Work collaboratively with managers to provide practical, business-focused HR solutions and ensure compliance with employment legislation.
• Support the implementation of people projects, organisational change initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.
• Line manage and support HR team members, ensuring high standards of service delivery are maintained.

About the Role

As an HR Business Partner at Kidderminster College, you will:
