Reporting to the Sr. Director, Human Resources, the HR Business Partner is responsible for accelerating organizational growth by partnering with business leaders on talent assessment and development, workforce planning, employee engagement, and change management to strengthen our inclusive and diverse culture. You will work closely with leaders to foster a collaborative working environment.
The role is located at one of our R&D sites in Huntingdon or Nottingham, working onsite 3 days per week.
