Job summary

Portfolio HR & Reward is supporting a leading manufacturing business in Burnley with a permanent HR Business Partner role. The position is based in Burnley full time with free parking. Salary ranges from £42,000 to £48,000, with a quick start date preferred.

You will partner with business leaders, develop HR strategies, handle employee relations, and manage relationships with the outsourced payroll provider. This is a hands-on senior HR position in a manufacturing context.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating a senior HR role, i.e. HR Manager / HRBP.
• Payroll experience, ideally with an outsourced provider.
• Manufacturing/Engineering background.

• Work as the strategic partner to leaders in all aspects of the business, providing guidance and recommendations
• Work on developing HR strategies aligned with business goals and motivations
• Take ownership of employee relations activities, right through to investigation
• Take the lead on working with the outsourced payroll provider, collating payroll data and managing this relationship
