We are seeking an experienced HR Business Lead to join Stirling Council, supporting the organisation in achieving its aims and ambitions through strategic HR leadership. The role involves providing leadership to the HR Business Partnering function, managing projects, developing programmes of work to enhance organisational capacity, and leading a team of professional officers to support council services with HR policies, processes, and advice.
The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of employment law, Chartered CIPD membership, extensive experience in leading HR teams and workforce initiatives, and excellent communication and relationship-building skills with senior managers, trade unions, and colleagues.
