Job summary

Greencore is recruiting a People Associate on a maternity cover basis at our Nantwich/Crewe sites. You will provide essential HR administration support, help plan onboarding, and drive employee engagement initiatives across the business.

The role requires strong organisation, good data handling, and effective communication to support policies and deliver a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• Some experience in an HR, people, or administrative role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
• A genuine interest in developing a career in HR, with a desire to gain broad generalist experience.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR administrative support and maintain employee records.
• Support onboarding, recruitment coordination, and absence monitoring.
• Assist with performance management processes and tracking.
