Job summary

Greencore Group plc is seeking an experienced HR professional to partner with senior leaders, delivering the People Plan and pragmatic HR support to drive engagement and leadership capability. You will ensure effective people processes that underpin business performance, with strong focus on employee relations and data-driven insights.

The role requires stakeholder engagement, robust HR knowledge, and the ability to work in a site-based hybrid environment across the Spalding operation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to diagnose people challenges and deliver actions.
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations, attendance, and complex HR matters.
• Support ethical compliance activities including audits and internal readiness.
• Produce people data and reports to support leadership decisions.
• Collaborate with HR Centres of Expertise to drive operations, payroll and talent initiatives.
• Drive engagement initiatives and annual survey action plans.
• Build relationships with unions and temporary labour providers.
• Support reward processes including pay reviews and HR system implementations.
• Strengthen workforce planning and talent pipelines for hourly and salaried roles.
• Coach managers to build capability and manage change.
