Job summary

Greenyard is seeking an HR Assistant to provide maternity cover for 12 months, supporting the HR Director and site teams in Kings Lynn and Boston. This on-site role requires prior HR experience and UK HR knowledge, with duties spanning recruitment, payroll data accuracy, and HR administrative tasks.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, with hours 09.00–17.00 and a salary of £28,000–£31,000 based on experience. The position supports a fast-paced HR function across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced HR role.
• Knowledge of current UK HR law.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.
• Excellent IT skills including Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive HR support to the HR Director across all aspects of HR.
• Work with Payroll to ensure employee data accuracy across payroll and HRIS systems.
• Support recruitment campaigns and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain personnel files and new starter paperwork.
