Greencore is recruiting a People Associate on a maternity cover basis at our Nantwich/Crewe sites. You will provide essential HR administration support, help plan onboarding, and drive employee engagement initiatives across the business.
The role requires strong organisation, good data handling, and effective communication to support policies and deliver a positive employee experience.

Ways of Working: Site based - Hybrid Light
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00 (Flexibility required to meet business needs)
Contract Type: Fixed Term - Approx. 12 Months (Maternity Cover)

Our site in Crewe produces chilled speciality breads, hand-crafted flatbreads, and dough balls. The site employs over 280 people in the factory operating at a high standard of quality and volume.
In this dynamic and engaging role as a People Associate, you will provide essential HR administration support to the local HR team while also taking an active role in employee engagement initiatives. You will help plan and deliver engagement activities, wellbeing initiatives, training coordination, and small HR projects and events, directly contributing to a positive employee experience across the business.
You will act as a first point of contact for colleagues and managers, offering practical HR guidance to ensure policies are followed and employees feel supported. This role combines hands-on HR administration with interpersonal engagement, giving you the opportunity to build a strong foundation in HR while making a real impact on the team and company culture.
